Our client is a globally recognised operations consulting firm with a strong international footprint and proven track record. Backed by new private equity investment, it engaged InX to accelerate the expansion of its US presence.  

With two established offices in North America, the objective was to hire experienced Partners capable of leading and scaling multiple verticals across the firm's global service offerings with a US focus, whilst laying the foundation for high-performing teams in new locations. 

The challenge: Securing entrepreneurial Partners to drive market expansion 

This growth initiative was strategically critical, forming a key pillar of the firm's broader North America expansion. The brief required Partners who combined strong books of business with the entrepreneurial mindset needed to build new practices from the ground up.

Additionally, InX facilitated a team lift of two Managing Partners, which became the foundation for a new practice area within the firm.
