Our client is a PE-backed financial advisory and strategy consultancy looking to materially expand its DACH operations. It asked InX to lead a strategic growth mandate: hire three Managing Directors to build a senior-led restructuring, fast turnaround and transactions capability in the region.

Experience in upper-mid and large cap restructuring cases was essential.
