Alex leads our Partner and Senior Partner search for strategy and operations consulting, predominantly hiring Partners, Managing Partners, and Managing Directors. Having partnered with a range of market leading Consultancies the likes of EY, BCG, Roland Berger (to name a few), as well as a host of Boutiques, he has a unique perspective on how to position his clients to attract market leading talent from the direct competition. With over 40% of his hires being diverse, and a successful integration rate of over 80% he prides himself on the quality of his network, and the ability to match skillset, capability and culture to his clients needs.#

Alex joined InX in March 2017 after five years at Bramwith Consulting. He’s been pivotal to our consulting team’s growth to more than five times its original size.

Alex is a charity leader for The IN Group, cycling over 3,500 global miles and raising over £1,000,000 for various charities, including the Red Cross, WWF, NDCS, and World Vision. He leads Investigo’s Sustainability and Environment committee and out of work finds down time reading and constantly working to master his chess game - very much a work in progress!
