Kieran began his executive search career in 2021, working across the veterinary sector in the UK and Europe before expanding into the US market — a breadth of experience that has given him a strong foundation. He brings a tailored, relationship-driven approach to candidate research, combining deep market insight with a genuine understanding of clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Kieran makes the most of living in New York, regularly walking in Central Park. He remains a committed Manchester United supporter and makes a point of keeping in touch with his Australian Shepherd back in England via FaceTime.
