Matt has over 10 years’ experience running global search campaigns across industry and private investing, with an emphasis on technology-oriented value creation, data, and digital transformation. Joining in September 2020, he leads our private equity creation searches across Europe and North America, hiring mainly fund-level Operating Partners, value creation Managing Directors and Vice-Presidents, and Principal and Senior Associates.

Matt helps investors strengthen their operating teams, including full team builds for large and mega-cap funds, first-time value creation hires for lower mid-market and growth equity investors, and data science focused hires.

A keen sportsman, Matt surfs, paddleboards with his dog, and plays rugby, football, and golf (with less success in the latter).
