Reiss joined in February 2020 to head global manufacturing, hiring executives in corporate functions within automotive and packaging. His track record spans director level appointments or above in every continent, with SMEs to multinationals.

After four years as a finance and accounting professional, Reiss took what he’d learned and moved into recruitment, going on to build an executive finance practice focusing on Germany, France, Switzerland, Eastern Europe, and the US. Conducting all our executive finance and HR searches at InX, Reiss has been crucial in building a team of market specialists.

His relational approach stems from loyalty, and the value of building a collaborative team, which offers a cohesive and authentic bond for everyone who works with him.
