Our approach and response to this challenge
We took in-depth briefs with various board members, including the Chief Executive Officer, European Managing Director, and Chief Human Resources Officer, and listened to their challenge, and ideas as to where solutions might lie. Together, we challenged some of this thinking, and opened up opportunities we saw in the brief, so we could advise on what it should be, and could be as a game-changing brief. From here, we created compelling briefing documents for our candidate community.
Our research team undertook a complete market mapping exercise, which we paired with an international search that focused on our client’s primary territories. We contacted various technology leaders from within our networks to bolster advertising to our own communities.
We provided data and market intelligence throughout the search and held regular progress calls with our key client contacts in human resources.
Early calibration allowed for some minor adjustments to be made, so strong shortlists could be provided for both projects, each with multiple appointable candidates.
