Amber is an Associate Partner within InX's UK professional services practice, specialising in human capital Partner-level appointments across consulting and strategy firms.
She brings a highly consultative, relationship-driven approach to building leadership capability in complex, international organisations, working with clients to identify and secure senior leaders who can drive transformational people agendas in fast-paced environments.
With over 10 years' experience in recruitment across both agency and in-house settings, Amber has built deep expertise in senior, relationship-led hiring. Prior to joining InX in January 2026, she led Partner recruitment for a Big Four consulting firm across the EMEIA region, appointing senior leaders across key competencies and industry practices in multiple countries
Outside of work, Amber lives in the Midlands with her partner, daughter and German Shorthaired Pointer, Reggie. She enjoys exploring new countries and cultures, long walks in the countryside, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and planning the family's next adventure.
