Research & Delivery Manager

Charlie is a Research & Delivery Manager within InX’s Professional Services practice, based in London. He leads a delivery team operating across the UK and Europe, partnering with our internal teams to deliver high-impact retained search mandates for clients in the consulting sector.

Charlie focuses primarily on Partner-level appointments in strategy, transactions and value creation, while also bringing broad expertise across various levels, sectors and functions, including technology, operations and restructuring.

He has successfully supported clients across all levels of the consulting market, securing key hires for MBB firms, Tier 2 consultancies, Big-4 players, as well as numerous boutique firms.

Coming from a family with a background in the flooring trade, Charlie enjoys embarking on most DIY tasks in his free time.
