Chris has over nine years' experience in executive search, with the last six focused exclusively on CxO search for PE-backed enterprise software businesses.
He joined InX in May 2026 to lead CFO search within the private equity practice, working across middle market and large cap funds and their portfolio companies in North America and Europe.
Chris partners with fund Operating Partners and portfolio leadership teams to identify and place finance executives at critical stages of the hold period, from post-acquisition build-out through growth, transformation and exit readiness. His sector experience spans vertical market software, fintech, transportation technology, supply chain, manufacturing and ESG platforms.
Outside of CFO search, Chris brings broader C-suite experience across CEOs, General Counsels and General Managers, and takes a long-term view on building networks of finance leaders who can meet the demands of any stage of a PE hold.
A Canadian by background, Chris spent time in the Air Cadets and Canadian Armed Forces before finding his way into search.
