Gabrielle Banzon

Research & Delivery Lead

Gabby joined InX in April 2025 and leads on candidate identification and delivery for Director-level through to Senior Partner-level mandates within management and strategy consulting. She specialises in market mapping, competitive intelligence and candidate engagement, building trusted relationships with both clients and talent.

Originally from the Philippines, Gabby has been a Boston native for over 18 years and is fluent in English and Filipino. She studied biology with the intention of pursuing medicine, but developed a strong interest in biotech and the business side of science. This led to a move into executive search, first in life sciences with Coulter Partners and now in management consulting at InX, where she focuses on placing leaders who drive growth and lead transformation.

Outside of work, Gabby is a certified barre instructor and pilates enthusiast with a passion for wellness and creativity. She enjoys baking, films, podcasts and weekend getaways across New England, often accompanied by her spoiled cat, Louis.
