Giles joined Investigo in 2014 and launched InX in 2017 — now both part of The IN Group — where he leads InX’s C-Suite and advisory practice. His team specialise in board and leadership mandates typically spanning CEO, CFO, COO, CRO and CTO, as well as wider board and advisory, including Chairs and NEDs.

With over 18 years’ experience supporting organisations pre- or post-deal, be it PE-backed MBO’s, trade sales or IPOs, Giles is sector agnostic and focuses on the low and mid-market. Coupled with this, Giles has an excellent track record supporting entrepreneurs looking to professionalise their board ahead of a transaction, and subsequently often supports them in finding the right investor for the next stage of growth.

Giles is also a Non-Executive Director of Mint Analysis, a human capital due diligence organisation focused on mitigating organisational talent risk.

A family man with a growing son, Giles is an avid sports fan and an increasingly optimistic Bath Rugby supporter, having had been a season ticket holder for 15+ years. Persistence does pay off!
