He specialises in operational & financial leadership mandates, typically spanning Chief Executive, Chief Financial and Chief Operations Officers, as well as advisory including chairs, NEDs, and trustees. With over 15 years’ experience supporting private equity and VC-backed portfolio companies throughout various investment cycles or, entrepreneurs looking to professionalise their board ahead of a transaction, Giles’ expertise and network is sector agnostic.

Giles is also a non-exec director of M.INT Analysis – a human capital due diligence organisation focused on mitigating organisational talent risk.

A family man with a young son, Giles is an avid sports fan and discontented Bath Rugby season ticket holder.
