Gordon Berridge

Senior Partner

Gordon joined InX's London private equity team in October 2026 to lead in-fund executive search across European private equity, venture and growth equity firms, placing investment professionals from Principal and Director through to Partner and Managing Director, with particular depth in technology investing.

He has almost two decades of experience in executive search, beginning as a Researcher at a Leeds-based recruitment firm — later acquired by Spencer Stuart — before progressing to Consultant.

Gordon joins from Caldwell Partners, where he built a specialist PE and VC in-fund practice over almost five years. His recent work includes repeat team builds for Tenzing, EQT, Advent International, Bregal Milestone, A3 Capital Partners, Evantic Capital and Insight Partners, to name a few, across London, Munich, Paris and New York. His coverage spans the UK, DACH, France, Benelux and the Nordics, with selective reach into the US.

Outside of work, Gordon's time is largely claimed by his two young children, Isla and Brooks. When he does surface, he can be found at CrossFit, out with his Thursday night run club, or unwinding over a game of chess (usually once the house has gone quiet).
