Associate Partner, Operations Excellence
Gus has 12 years' experience in recruitment and executive search, beginning in contingent recruitment before moving into retained search across the consulting market. Joining InX's London private equity team in June 2026, he focuses on placing C-suite and senior leaders across operations, operational excellence, transformation and value creation functions for PE-backed industrial and manufacturing businesses globally.
Gus works closely with portfolio company CEOs, operating partners and investors to build leadership teams that can drive operational performance and EBITDA enhancement. His search work spans Chief Operating Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and operational excellence leadership roles.
Outside of work, Gus spends most of his time with his two young children. When he does get a moment to himself, he can usually be found running or out on the water, having recently taken up sailing.
