Matthew is a Partner within InX's North American professional services practice, specialising in executive search for CFO advisory and broader financial advisory groups across the management consulting ecosystem.
At InX, Matthew focuses on placing senior finance leaders and specialists across a broad range of disciplines, including finance strategy, enterprise performance management, controllership, FP&A, treasury, M&A and transaction advisory, valuation and restructuring.
He brings nearly a decade of experience leading large-scale talent and hiring initiatives across professional services and financial institutions, partnering directly with senior leaders to shape talent strategy and deliver consistent results across multiple markets.
In recruitment since graduating from college, Matthew has built his career on a genuine passion for connecting people — advising clients and candidates with a consultative, relationship-first approach that has underpinned his success in building teams and business lines across complex, competitive markets.
Outside of work, Matthew can usually be found cooking, attending music concerts or reading — often with his pitbull-rottweiler mix, Pete, close by.
