Research & Delivery Lead

Molly supports senior-level hiring within the Strategy & Consulting team, working closely with clients to understand their hiring priorities and deliver a smooth, tailored, insight-led process. At InX, she partners with organisations ranging from MBB and Tier 2 firms to the Big 4 and boutique consultancies, typically placing talent across the strategy, transactions and value creation functions, from Senior Manager through to Senior Partner level.

Her role combines strategic research, candidate delivery and account management. Known for her consultative and relationship-driven approach, Molly enjoys building long-term partnerships with stakeholders that add real value.

A friend first encouraged her to explore a career in recruitment, where Molly quickly discovered that she enjoyed the pace, variety and people-focused nature of her work. Outside the office, you’ll likely find Molly out for a run, at a Pilates class, getting stuck into a good book or discovering new spots to eat and drink with friends.
