Morgan works within our Strategy and Consulting team in London, specialising in supply chain and operations recruitment across the DACH region. He focuses on senior mandates, including Partner appointments and strategic team builds, and has eight years of experience recruiting mid-to-senior executives for MBB, Tier 2, Big 4 and boutique consulting firms.

He began his career with a boutique executive search firm focused on the US consulting market and later relocated to New York, gaining strong insight into cross-border recruitment and the dynamics of the consulting industry.

Outside work, Morgan enjoys running, cycling and swimming, with the goal of completing an Ironman.
