Partner, Supply Chain & Procurement Consulting

Rishi is a Partner within our Strategy & Consulting team in our London office, leading supply chain, procurement and operations recruitment across the management consulting sector in the UK.

He typically works on mandates including Director and Partner-level appointments, team builds and M&A identification across consulting firms ranging from multinational Big 4 organisations and Tier 2 strategy firms to boutique professional services businesses.

Since joining the industry in 2017, Rishi has worked up the value chain to operate at the most senior end of the sector. With a track record of supporting strategic placements and team moves, he has developed extensive insight into what drives talent towards new opportunities and prides himself on matching skillset, capability and culture to his clients' needs.

Outside of work, Rishi has caught the Hyrox bug and trains regularly with his wife for mixed-doubles competitions — he'll have completed four in 2025 alone. He's also passionate about French cuisine and wine, and Paris remains his favourite city.
