Ryan Veale

Senior Partner, Head of Corporate Finance & Special Situations and Head of Tech & Data, EMEA

Ryan specialises in executive-level mandates across Corporate Finance & Special Situations within consulting, bringing 15 years' experience in senior-level executive search. Additionally, he acts as Global Capability Lead for Technology & Data.

Ryan focuses primarily on Partner and Managing Director appointments across top-tier strategy firms and major transformation consultancies, including the Big 4 and specialist boutiques. His work spans restructuring and turnaround, transactions advisory, valuations, debt advisory, ERP, data and AI, and IT transformation.

His sole focus on the consulting market has given him deep networks and a highly nuanced understanding of market dynamics, allowing him to deliver client propositions with maximum impact.

Outside of work, Ryan has three children who keep him very busy. He is never happier than when going on long walks or bike rides with them before settling down to watch a film. He also enjoys long-distance running, going to the gym, reading and playing chess.
