Thibault specialises in GTM executive search for large and upper mid-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies across the UK and Europe. He focuses on placing Chief Revenue Officers and top-tier commercial leaders across SaaS and technology, as well as healthcare, industrials, telecom, financial services, consumer and other high-growth sectors.
Thibault began his career as an Enterprise Account Executive working alongside C-level leaders across EMEA. While exploring his next move, he connected with a boutique executive search firm and quickly realised his passion lay in partnering with leading private equity funds rather than pursuing another sales role.
Bilingual in French and English, he has built a strong track record placing exceptional sales leaders that accelerate growth and value creation for PE-backed companies.
Outside of work, Thibault is an avid sports fan, particularly Formula 1, rugby, boxing and tennis, and he regularly attends tennis tournaments, such as Queen's and Wimbledon. He also enjoys cycling, swimming and exploring new holiday destinations.
