Stephen Haigh joined InX in March 2020 and leads our consulting partner search practice within the professional services team. With 18 years of experience in executive search for the consulting industry, Stephen specialises in identifying Partner-level talent to drive growth and innovation for strategy consultancies and Big 4 firms.

As Head of Research & Resourcing, Stephen enhances the team’s expertise in market mapping, market studies, and delivering high-quality retained search and practice-building engagements. Leveraging his global network, he helps clients secure sector experts, specialist partners, and practice leaders, with a particular focus on Europe, including Germany. Recent successes include placing tier 1 automotive and utilities industry Partners in top-tier consultancies.

Outside of work, Stephen is passionate about property renovation. He enjoys taking on hands-on projects, from fitting kitchens and bathrooms to landscaping and honing his joinery skills. Currently tackling his fourth — and largest — renovation, Stephen thrives on the challenges of transforming properties into something extraordinary.
