William specialises in strategy and consulting executive search, bringing over 12 years' experience in senior-level executive search across the UK and Asia. He has extensive expertise in partnering with consulting firms to support and realise their human capital investments.

William focuses primarily on Senior Partner, Partner and Managing Director appointments across strategy and consulting firms, as well as building entire teams for clients seeking to scale their advisory capabilities.

Having spent a decade in Asia, William established and ran his own executive search agency in Myanmar before spearheading the executive search function for Thailand's leading recruitment agency. He also brings expertise in partnering with consulting clients and candidates within the DACH region.

William entered executive search after being headhunted into a global SAP resourcing house in London, launching a career that would take him across continents and sectors. Outside of work, he is a lover of the outdoors and enjoys country sports and farming.
