Andy joined InX in August 2025, bringing with him a strong track record in executive search, developed through prior roles at Finatal and Alphaskill. ​

Andy specialises in C-suite mandates across growth-focused and investor-backed businesses, with expertise in appointing CFOs, CEOs and Chairs. His work supports organisations navigating critical inflection points — from private equity investment and M&A to scaleups and exits.​

Before moving into executive search, Andy enjoyed a 12-year career as a professional rugby player, competing in the UK, France and New Zealand. This background instilled in him a deep understanding of high-performance environments, team dynamics and leadership under pressure — all directly relevant to building exceptional executive teams in the PE space at InX. ​

Andy combines his sector insight with a performance-driven approach to help clients secure the leadership required to deliver transformational outcomes.​

Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen sportsman, whether watching from the stands or staying active on the field himself.
