Sevin is a Research & Delivery Lead for the Operations Consulting practice at InX North America. She specialises in identifying top-tier talent for consulting clients through retained search, team lifts and acquisitions, leading the end-to-end search process from market research and sourcing strategy through to candidate assessment and relationship management.
Sevin joined InX in January 2026, focusing primarily on senior-level appointments tied to operations and transformation across global strategy firms, large professional services networks and specialised advisory boutiques. Her work spans supply chain, procurement, performance improvement and people-focused operating model initiatives.
After graduating with a degree in finance, Sevin transitioned into executive search, drawn by the opportunity to combine her research-driven mindset and analytical foundation with a people-first approach to helping candidates navigate meaningful career decisions.
Outside of work, Sevin maintains an active lifestyle with a passion for aerial arts. She enjoys travelling and exploring new places, volunteering at the animal shelter and has a keen interest in fashion.
